On October 28, „The Financial Times” published the „Masters In Management” ranking. Two programmes offered by SGH were once again named among the world’s top 100 programmes. CEMS Master In Management, which is co-administered by SGH – the only Polish economic university allied within CEMS – moved up to the 8th place. The other SGH’s Management programme was ranked at the 58th spot.
The Canadian Executive MBA programme (CEMBA) conducted by SGH in partnership with the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) was once again ranked at the 1st place in the MBA programmes ranking by Perspektywy Education Foundation and was awarded 100 points. Our other programme – MBA-SGH – took the 7th place this year. The committee evaluated 31 MBA programmes available in Poland. The position in the ranking was determined based on teaching staff, recommendations of the alumni, content of the programme and preferences of the employers, among others. In the eyes of the employers, the SGH programmes took the top two spots and were clearly ahead of the competition.
In this year’s „Perspektywy” ranking, SGH Warsaw School of Economics once again took the top three spots in the category of economic programmes: Economics, Finance and Accounting, and Management. Once more, SGH was named the best economic university in Poland with an overall score of 58.6 points. The position in the general university ranking also remained unchanged as SGH was ranked at 12th place. The ranking was prepared by „Perspektywy” Educational Foundation and supervised by a committee led by prof. Michał Kleiber.
The Financial Times – as every year in September – has published its ranking of Master’s degree programmes in management, “Masters in Management.” Two Master’s programmes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics were ranked among the world’s best programmes in management. The CEMS Master in Management, co-organised by the SGH as a part of the CEMS alliance, ranked at 9th place, whereas the more ‘traditional’ SGH Management programme moved up from the 73rd to 68th place. The presence of the SGH in the Top 100 attests to the highest quality of education provided by the SGH and to the esteem that the SGH alumni enjoy among prospective employers.
